How to Search Ads

Click to the Search
Ads page. You will have 5 ways to search the Ads. Select a category
and click "Search". You can also search all Ads using keywords.

Responding to Ads
-
Each Ad includes advertiser
contact information. If you want to reply to the Ad, just key in your resume
ID and password. Click on the 'Apply For Job' button to send your resume
to the advertiser.

You can modify your resume before
you send out to the advertiser.
-
After clicking the 'send' button,
both the advertiser and applicant will receive a copy of the sent resume.
Most important, make sure that your E-Mail address is correct.

What is Resume Bank
-
Resume Bank is a free service
where you can store your resume online. After you enter your resume into
the database, you can automatically attach it to your e-mail responses
to job listings.

Posting a Resume
-
Go to Resume
Bank and click on "Post Resume". Fill out all the required fields and
remember to double check your E-Mail address. Click "Preview Resume" button
when done.

There is a limit for the words
of your resume text. Try limiting your resume to your most significant
work experience and skills. When you apply to jobs online, you will be
able to modify your resume and make any changes before your message is
sent.

Viewing, Changing, Renew, or Deleting a
Resume

You can Edit, Renew or Delete
your resume any time prior to the expiration date. To Edit, Renew or Delete
your resume, please visit Resume
Bank.

There is a limit for the resume
renewal. Read the message in your account for more details.

Applying for Jobs Using Resume Bank
-
Go to the Search Ad page and
search for jobs in the Employment category that meet your criteria.

Click on an employment Ad from
your list of search results.

To use Resume Bank to automatically
attach your resume, fill in the resume ID and password that was used to
post the resume and click on the 'Apply for Job' button.
Resume Number / Password

Why we have to keep the Resume Number
and Password

The given Resume Number and
your private password is for you to edit, renew or delete your resume in
the future.

If you don't need to make any
changes, your resume together with the password will be deleted once expired.
Job Center reserves the right
to remove any listings for any reason, and you will not be notified in
advance of any such removal.

here to search using keywords. Example: use your
name, address or E-Mail to search for your ID.

use the "call ID" page.

Why can't I find my resume?

Expired

Deleted by Job Center
Given Resume Number

What happens to my current Resume when
I change or renew my Resume?

Your previous resume will be
deleted when you Edited, Renewed your resume.

A new Resume ID / Number will
be created to place your resume on top of all others.

What if I'm placing my resume and can't
find the right category?

category "Others".
